Role Summary:

We are looking for dynamic, driven, and well-connected professionals for Network Sales roles across regional and national markets. The role will be responsible for driving ad sales across Republic Media Network’s language clusters – English, Hindi, Bangla, and Kannada – with a focus on storytelling-led selling, strategic relationships, and performance delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

Drive advertising revenue growth across Republic TV (English), Republic Bharat (Hindi), Republic Bangla, and Republic Kannada.

Own end-to-end sales cycles – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and servicing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, planners, and direct clients across industries.

Translate brands need innovative and contextual storytelling-led solutions leveraging the strength of the Republic network.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to position the network as the preferred media partner.

Work cross-functionally with Content, Editorial, Branded Content, Research, and Traffic teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Represent Republic Media Network at industry events, meetings, and forums


Requirements:

4–10 years of experience in broadcast / digital ad sales with strong client and agency network.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills in English and/or relevant regional language.

Strong understanding of the competitive media landscape and audience insights.

Proven track record of consultative selling and solution-based approach.

High energy, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
