Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2023: Round 2 seat allotment on September 28; Check schedule

Karnataka Examinations Authority, KEA has released the revised schedule for the second round of Karnataka NEET PG 2023 Counselling. The revised schedule for candidates seeking admissions to PG Dental and Medical courses in state universities can be checked on the official website of KEA at kea.kar.nic.in. The registration window reopened on September 22 for round 2 after MCC reduced the NEET PG cut-off to zero for all categories.

The registration window closed on September 24. Candidates can exercise their choices from September 25 (4 pm) to September 27 (11 pm). The rearrangement of options only by those who submit the original documents to KEA will also open on September 25 (from 5 pm) and will end on September 27, 2023 ( till 2 pm). The Karnataka NEET PG round 2 seat allotment result will be out on September 28 after 9 pm.

“In view of the lowering of the qualifying percentile for PG Medical and Dental for NEET PG Medical and NEET PG MDS counseling 2023 by MCC New Delhi, second round seat allotment schedule is revised and the option entry portal will be enabled once again,” the official notice reads.

Payment of fees and collection of allotment orders can be done on September 29, 2023. Candidates will have to report to their allotted colleges before 5.30 p.m. on October 1.  There is no choice selection in round 2, hence the candidates who get allotment in the second round have to compulsorily report to the allotted college as the seat allotment is based on the priority of options as filled by the candidates.
