WBCAP Counselling 2024: First Merit List, Seat Allotment Result Out, Here's How To Check

Kolkata: The West Bengal Council of Higher Education (WBSCHE) has published the first merit list for the WB Centralised Admission Process (WBCAP) 2024 today, July 12th, 2024. Candidates who registered for WBCAP Counselling can check the selection list on the official website -wbcap.nic.in. The selected candidates can register for counselling from July 12 to 18.

The WBCAP 2nd merit list will be out on July 23. As per schedule, the classes will begin on August 7. Check detailed schedule for WBCAP counselling 2024 here.

How to Check WBCAP Seat Allotment Result 2024

Step 1. Go to the official WBCAP website at wbcap.nic.in.
Step 2. On the homepage,  click on the link that reads "First Merit List 2024" or "Seat Allotment".
Step 3. Key in your login credentials wherever required.
Step 4. View and download the selection list.

What's Next? 

• Selected candidates will have to accept the allotted seat on the WBCAP portal.
• Pay the seat acceptance fee.
• Download the allotment letter.
• Candidates will then have to report to the allotted college before the deadline with necessary documents for verification.
