CBSE 12th Results LIVE Updates: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially declared the Class 12 results for 2025 today, May 13. Students can now access their scorecards through multiple platforms, including the official CBSE websites—cbseresults.nic.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and cbse.gov.in—as well as the DigiLocker platform and the UMANG app.
This year, the overall pass percentage stands at 88.39%, marking a slight improvement from the previous year. Girls have once again outperformed boys, achieving a pass percentage of 91.64% compared to 85.70% for boys.
Region-wise, the Vijayawada region has emerged as the top performer with an impressive pass percentage of 99.60%, followed by Trivandrum at 99.32% and Chennai at 97.39%.
In terms of institutional performance, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) have achieved the highest pass percentage at 99.29%, closely followed by Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) at 99.05%.
Students are advised to check their results using the official platforms to ensure accuracy and avoid misinformation. For any discrepancies or issues, they should contact their respective schools or the CBSE helpline.
A total of 1,11,544 students scored above 90% in the CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2025, showcasing impressive academic performance nationwide. Among them, 24,867 students went a step further, securing above 95% marks, reflecting a consistent rise in academic excellence across schools and regions.
CBSE Class 12 students who appeared for the Main Board Examination 2025 in February-March can improve their marks through a supplementary exam. As per the CBSE guidelines, candidates are allowed to reappear in one subject during the Supplementary Examination scheduled in July 2025 to enhance their performance. This gives students a chance to improve their scores without waiting an entire year.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 10 results for 2025, with a pass percentage of 93.66%. This marks a slight increase of 0.06% from last year's pass rate of 93.60%.
Out of 23,85,079 registered candidates, 23,71,939 students appeared for the exams and 22,21,636 successfully passed. The overall performance remains consistent, with lakhs of students clearing the crucial milestone in their academic journey.
In the CBSE Class 12 Board Results 2025, Telangana emerged as the top-performing state with a remarkable pass percentage of 99.73%, closely followed by Andhra Pradesh at 99.51%. Both states outshone Kerala, which stood at 99.32%. Among Union Territories, Lakshadweep recorded a 100% pass rate, making it the best performer in the UT category this year
