The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will open the registration window for the CA May 2025 session on March 1, 2025. Aspiring candidates can register for the exam by visiting the official website, eservices.icai.org, to submit their applications.
The deadline for submitting applications without a late fee is March 14, 2025. Candidates can still apply with a late fee of Rs 600 until March 17, 2025. Students who wish to modify their examination city or medium for the CA May 2025 exams can do so during the correction window, which will be open from March 18 to 20, 2025. Notably, with the introduction of thrice-a-year exams for CA Foundation and Inter, the application window has been shortened from 27 days to 17 days.

Step 2: Register by providing the required details to create your account.
Step 3: Log into your account and fill out the application form.

Step 4: Upload the necessary documents and make the application fee payment.
Step 5: Review your details and submit the form.
Step 6: Download a copy of the form for future reference.
ICAI CA Exam 2025
The CA Foundation exams are scheduled to take place from May 15 to May 21 2025. The CA Intermediate exams will be held from 3rd May to 14th May, while the CA Final exams will take place from May 2 to May 13. The Foundation exam will last 3 hours, the Intermediate exam will be for 2 hours, and the Final exam will be for 3 hours.
Additionally, the Post-Qualification Course Examination, International Taxation (INTT-AT), will be conducted for 4 hours. Candidates appearing for the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final exams will have the option to choose either English or Hindi as their preferred language for answering the papers.
