UPSC Civil Services Prelims Admit Card Likely To Be Out Today, Here's How To Download

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is gearing up to release the admit cards for the highly anticipated Civil Services preliminary exam of 2024. As per speculations, UPSC CSE Prelims Admit Cards are expected to be released today. Candidates who have applied for the exam will be able to download their admit cards directly from the official website – upsc.gov.in.

Initially slated for May 26, the UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2024 underwent a rescheduling and is now set to take place on June 16. This adjustment in the exam timetable was prompted by the announcement from the Election Commission regarding the schedule of elections for the 18th Lok Sabha, spanning from April to June 2024.

Following the preliminary exam, the mains exam is scheduled to commence from September 20 and will span over five days. This year, the commission has announced a total of 1,056 vacancies for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) and 150 for the Indian Forest Service (IFoS).

How to download UPSC Civil Services Prelims Exam Admit Card 2024

Step 1: Navigate to the official website – upsc.gov.in. 

Step 2: Locate and click on the UPSC Prelims admit card link displayed on the home page. 

Step 3: Enter your credentials, such as the roll number or registration ID, along with your Date of Birth. 

Step 4: Once entered, the admit card will be displayed on your screen.

Step 5: Ensure to save the admit card for future reference.
