Language of Study:
To promote the Romanian language and culture, Bachelor's and Master's programmes are taught solely in Romanian. PhD students, however, can choose to study in Romanian or a foreign language, depending on the offerings of the doctoral school. If applicants do not speak Romanian, they will be given a preparatory year to learn the language before beginning their university studies. This preparatory year does not apply to PhD students who choose to study in a foreign language.
