UPSC CDS 2 Result 2023: Marks of Recommended Candidates Out; Check Here

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the marks of recommended candidates who qualified the Combined Defence Services Examination (II) 2023.

New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the marks of recommended candidates who qualified the Combined Defence Services Examination (II) 2023. The results were declared in April and Rajat Kumar had topped in the Indian Military Academy exam.  Pawar Tanmay Gangadhar had topped in Indian Naval Academy exam. Mayank Singh topped in Indian Air Force Academy exam.

Now, candidates can check their marks obtained in the written exam and SSB round. Rajat Kumar (IMA) scored 304 marks in total. He scored 160/300 marks in written exam and 144/300 in the SSB round. 

Pawarr Tanmay Gangadhar (INA) scored 168 marks in the written exam, 128 in SSB round and 296 marks in total. Mayank Singh of Air Force Academy scored 155 marks in the written exam, 143 in SSB round and 298 in total. 

UPSC CDS exam was held  on September 3 for admission to 349 vacancies in IMA, INA, AFA. The courses will commence in July.

The number of vacancies, as intimated by the Government is 100 for Indian Military Academy [including 13 vacancies reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificates (Army Wing) holders], 32 for Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala Executive Branch (General Service)/Hydro[including 06 vacancies for NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Naval Wing through NCC Special Entry) holders] and 32 for Air Force Academy, Hyderabad [03 vacancies are reserved for NCC ’C’ Certificate (Air Wing) holders through NCC Spl. Entry]. The Commission had recommended 2675, 0970 and 0622 as qualified in the written test for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy, respectively. The number of candidates finally qualified are those after SSB test conducted by Army Head Quarters
