'Elegance' is a word when we talk about Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone. As she finally tied the knot with longtime beau Ranveer Singh in a Konkani style traditional wedding amidst the breathtakingly beautiful natural beauty, at Villa del Balbianello, Lake Como, Italy on Wednesday, November 14, everything was decorated in the shades of white. On the big day of the 'Piku' actress, who is known to be much fond of flowers, the 800-year-old villa was decorated with white flowers. As per media reports, the mandap, where the rituals were performed, was reportedly designed with white roses. The bright sunny weather has enhanced the stunning beauty of the venue. Adding to that, many of the guests who arrived in the event were also seen dressed in shades of white.

While fans and media are eager to catch a glimpse of the much-anticipated wedding ceremony, turns out, the couple wants to be the first to unveil pictures of their big day. Not much about the guests of the event is confirmed as the celebrity couple has decided to keep things super private. Reports suggest that the wedding celebrations hosted a limited number of guests mostly including friends and family. Although Bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Farah Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, were expected to attend the event, none of them was spotted arriving at the event yet. The celebrity couple has apparently deployed a high-end three-level security system to ensure complete privacy. Small powerboats manned by security guards were deployed to guard the venue. A wedding photographer has also been hired for the occasion, and it seems that they have requested the guests to not put up pictures on social media.
However, from some of the pictures released from the venue on social media, the decoration at the dining area looks royal as the tables can be seen decorated with candles and white flowers.
The couple, who was long speculated to be in a relationship, confirmed the same with an announcement on October 21, this year. Following the Konkani wedding, media reports suggest that the couple will be hitched in Sindhi style, on Thursday, November 15.
