Amy Schumer finds herself embroiled in yet another controversy. A recent Instagram post by the comedian, seemingly taking a dig at actress Nicole Kidman, brought her in the line of fire from the internet. Schumer has since deleted the post.
3 things you need to know
- Amy Schumer was last seen in American romantic-comedy, Bros in the role of Eleanor Roosevelt.

What caught the internet's attention was Schumer's caption for the photo. The photo carried the line, "This how human sit." Though Schumer is known for her offensive sense of humour - something which has often landed her in trouble - this particular instance was dubbed 'cyberbullying' by most. The implication of Schumer's statement was presumably referring to Kidman as robotic.
Amy Schumer's many controversies
Amy Schumer has on more than one occasion fat-shamed herself in the name of humour. 2017's The Leather Special saw her say, I'm what Hollywood calls 'very fat'". However, prior to this, she called out Glamour magazine for including her in the 'Chic at any size' roundup. This was put down as sending mixed signals. Schumer also received a lot of flak about consistently taking swipes at Jenny McCarthy through Inside Amy Schumer. The comedian has also been accused of exaggerating encounters with fans. Back in 2016 she had spoken about revising her photo policy with fans after she accused one of scaring her off. A video that resurfaced later however, painted quite the contrary picture.
