'Red Notice' to premiere on Netflix on November 12

Red Notice is an action comedy film written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. The film stars Dwayne Johnson as an FBI agent who reluctantly teams up with a renowned art thief Ryan Reynolds in order to catch an up-and-coming criminal Gal Gadot. The movie had a limited theatrical release on November 5, 2021, and will be digitally released on Netflix on November 12.

Meanwhile, the female lead of the movie Gal Gadot made headlines after she reportedly drew a paycheck on par with her male co-stars, a reported $20 million. In an interview with CNN, the actor spoke about being paid the same as her male co-stars and said, "I’m a feminist, and everyone who is not a feminist is a chauvinist. A feminist is someone who believes in equal rights, equal pay and equal opportunities for everyone. I’m a big believer in that. It’s important that I just don’t talk the talk but I also walk the walk so I do what I can do."

She added, "I’m happy that slowly we’re moving the needle forward. Basically in the most simple way, I just believe that people who bring similar things to the table and put the same work should be paid the same."
