The numbers are in: 'Avengers: Endgame' shatters records; here's how much its opening has grossed

Marvel Studios 'Avengers: Endgame' made a grand release smashing several records at the international box office. As per media reports, the film has collected over 304 million US Dollars at the international box office with a huge part of that tally coming from China.

Marvel Studios 'Avengers: Endgame' made a grand release smashing several records at the international box office. As per media reports, the film has collected over 304 million US Dollars at the international box office with a huge part of that tally coming from China. 

The superhero flick is reportedly screened in 46 countries around the world,  including India. It has already surpassed the collection of the previous Marvel venture 'Avengers: Infinity War' which has collected over 204.8 crores USD worldwide. 

Reportedly, the Walt Disney Co. confirmed that the film has earned another record 60 million USD at from Friday's preview showings beating 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' which earned 57 million USD from previews in 2015.

Box office projection expects the film to mint something between 800 million USD and 1 billion USD globally. The final numbers will be available on Monday after the first weekend.

'Avengers: Endgame' which is the fourth and final venture of the 'Avengers' franchise is a direct sequel to 'Infinity War' from the last year. Directed by the Russo Brothers, the film is the 22nd instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The grandeur of the film seems to have surpassed the expectations of the audience, as they have lauded the project widely on social media and described it with words like 'Epic' and 'Incredible'.

The flick brings together all the Marvel superheroes, played by actors including Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Chris Pratt, Jeremy Renner, Evangeline Lilly, Jon Favreau, and Paul Rudd. In fact, Oscar-winning actress Brie Larson who debut in MCU as Captain Marvel recently will also be a part of the film. Meanwhile, actor Josh Brolin will also resume the role of Thanos in the upcoming venture following 'Avengers Infinity War'.
