The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards will honor the best in American prime-time television programming from June 1, 2023, until May 31, 2024. The award categories are divided into three classes: the regular Primetime Emmy Awards, the Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards to honour technical and other similar behind-the-scenes achievements and the Primetime Engineering Emmy Awards for recognising contributions to technological aspects of television. This year, the award ceremony will be held on September 15 at Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles. However, the Indian viewers will be able to watch the ceremony early September 16.

When and where to watch the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards in India

The award ceremony will commence at 8 PM ET (September 15), while for Indian viewers it will begin at 5:30 AM IST (September 16). One can watch the ceremony via Lionsgate Play and will also be available to stream on Hulu from September 16 to September 22. The award show will be hosted by a father-son duo, Eugene Levy and Dan Levy. They represent the first-ever father-son hosting partners for the Emmys; they’re also the first duo to do it since 2018 (when Colin Jost and Michael Che co-hosted) and only the second duo to host this century.

The two also made history in 2020 as the first father and son to win major awards in the same year, courtesy to Schitt’s Creek.
