Daytime Emmys 2023 Winners List: General Hospital takes home night's biggest honours

The winners of the Daytime Emmys 2023 awards were announced on December 15. The awards celebrate the best of daytime television in the past year. The 50th annual award show was held after getting postponed for six months due to the Hollywood strikes. 

General Hospital wins big at the Daytime Emmys 2023 

The winner's list for the Daytime Emmy Awards was announced on December 15 and medical drama General Hospital bagged five prestigious honours in the evening. The show is the longest-running soap opera in daytime television history and won accolades for Drama Series, Directing Team for a Drama, Supporting Actor, Supporting Actress, Younger Performer, and Guest Performance.

Apart from General Hospital, The Bold and The Beautiful also outshone in the winner’s list. The series bagged the honour for both Outstanding Actor and Outstanding Actress in a Drama. Talk show The Kelly Clarkson Show also beat several big names to bag the honour of  Outstanding Daytime Talk Series and Daytime Talk Series Host.
