Top Rumour/ Akshay Kumar, director Mohit Suri's Psycho to go on the floors in 2024?

Akshay Kumar has several films lined up for release in his kitty. One movie among the series of releases lined up for the OMG 2 actor is Mohit Suri's directorial. The filmmaker announced the film earlier this year and not there is no report on the development of the same. 

Akshay Kumar to star in a never seen before role?

After Sooryavanshi, Akshay Kumar will team up with Rohit Shetty again. The director will bankroll the movie Psycho starring Kumar in the lead and helmed by Mohit Suri. Now, as per a report in Bollywood Hungama, the actor film will go on floors in 2024.  

Talking about the film a source close to the production told the publication, “It’s a thriller in the space of cinema that Mohit Suri makes and will star Akshay Kumar in a role like never before. He will be playing a Psycho character in the film”. The source also added that once the film’s shoot commences in 2024, it will be shot in a continuous 40-day schedule. Adding to this the insider reportedly said, “The preparations for the film will commence soon. It's a script that Rohit Shetty is enthusiastic about, and he wants it to be the first film under his banner that he won't be directing himself.”

What movies will Akshay Kumar be seen in next? 

Akshay was last seen in the biographical drama Mission Raniganj: The Great Bharat Rescue. The film marked his second release of the year after OMG 2. In the coming months, the actor will be seen in several other films as well. 

Most recently, he announced an aerial action film, Sky Force. He next has Marathi film Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat, an untitled remake of Soorarai Pottru, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Here Pheri 3, Shankara, Welcome 3, Housefull sequel and Singham Again in the pipeline.
