Animal box office collection day 15: Ranbir Kapoor starrer inches close to ₹500 crore mark in India

It has been over two weeks since the release of Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal, the film is in no mood to back down. In the first week of the release, the film joined the coveted ₹300 core club in India, and by the second week rolled in, the film had graciously earned over ₹400 crore. Now, as we enter the third week, the winning streak continues, and in just a few days, the film will make its place in ₹500 crore club, becoming the fourth film after Pathaan, Gadar 2 and Jawan.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's directorial minted between ₹8.3 crore in Hindi on the third Friday, as per the early estimates reported by Sacnilk. It is basically the second-highest third Friday of all time, as per Box Office India. Adding the day 15 collection, the total earnings stand at ₹485.14 crore in India.

Not just in India, the film is also ruling the worldwide box office. As per trade analyst Sumit Kadel, the film has earned ₹797.60 crore and it seems by the end of the day, the film will enter ₹800 crore club, becoming the all-time blockbuster film.

Given that there are no major releases before Salaar and Dunki, Ranbir starrer is expected to do more business at the box office by the end of the third week. However, with both films in the run next week, Animal might suffer a major blow next week and might end its successful streak.
