DYK Aditi's engagement ring is known as Toi Et Moi
In March, Aditi shared a photo on her Instagram handle, showing off her engagement ring has two stones. Not many know what is known as Toi Et Moi which means 'You and Me' in French. Aditi is not the first celebrity to adorn such a beautiful and unique ring, before Megan Fox, Ariana Grande, Kylie Jenner and Jackie Kennedy were snapped wearing double gemstone rings.
What do we know about the Toi Et Moi ring?
A Toi Et Moi ring features a coiled band, with two gemstones placed side by side where it meets around the finger. As the name suggests, the style of the ring symbolises two entities meeting as one. According to multiple media reports, a basic ToiEt Moi ring with 0.5-1 carat diamond each can cost between ₹1.5 to ₹5 lakh. While the rings with larger diamonds can range between ₹10-20 lakh or more.
It seems, Siddharth put great thought into selecting a ring for Aditi which would symbolise their love.
