Remember actress Sherlyn Chopra? Yes, the one who was embroiled in a controversy for posing for the cover of popular magazine 'Playboy', making her the first Indian woman to do so. She is also known for her roles in the film ‘Dil Bole Hadippa’, ‘Wajah Tum Ho’, ‘Dosti: Friends Forever’ and ‘Kamasutra 3D’. Sherlyn Chopra was last seen in a short film titled, ‘Maya’ that released in 2017. The short film was written, directed and produced by herself. In fact, the actress played a double role in the film. She essayed the character of a modern girl and the other was a ghost. The 10-minute film has received over seven lakh views in a year.
Earlier in the year, the actress had revealed that she would be seen in a web series in the latter half of 2018. However, to date, there has been no report on the same.

Sherlyn Chopra Controversies
In 2013, Sherlyn Chopra had revealed that she is the protagonist of Rupesh Paul’s erotic drama film ‘Kamasutra 3D’. The film was screened at the Cannes Film Festival in 2013. She even appeared in the trailer of the film, but later in 2016 denied being a part of the film and the film never got a theatrical release.

Reportedly, in 2014 the director of the film, Rupesh Paul had considered replacing Chopra as she had uploaded a video clip of the photo shoot for the film on the video sharing website YouTube without his permission. Chopra had reportedly apologised for her actions in writing. However, things turned worse and Paul filed a defamation lawsuit against Chopra alleging that she had abused him on the social media site Twitter.
Before 'Kamasutra 3D', the actress made headlines after making it to the cover of the American men's' magazine 'Playboy'. She is the first Indian woman to have posed for the magazine.
