Raid 2: Ravi Teja attends film's mahurat shot, poses with Ajay Devgn in viral photo

Ajay Devgn has kicked off with the filming of one of his highly anticipated films of the year Raid 2. The actor has shared photos from the mahurat shot and thanked Ravi Teja for gracing the ceremony. The Telugu superstar attended the ceremony with his Mr Bachchan team.

Taking to Instagram, Ajay Devgn shared a series of photos posing with Ravi Teja and his Raid 2 team and penned a note announcing expressing his excitement about starting the filming. In the first photo, Ajay and Ravi are posing together with the clapboard, followed by a group photo, featuring Bhushan Kumar and Abhishek Pathak. The image was a poster of Raid 2.

Following the tremendous success of the 2018 blockbuster Raid, Ajay Devgn reunites with Director Rajkumar Gupta and Producers Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Krishan Kumar for the sequel – Raid 2. Celebrating the unsung heroes of the Income Tax Department, Raid 2 will again narrate a true case from their books.  

The film commenced shooting in Mumbai today and will be extensively shot in Mumbai, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.

The first film captivated the audience with its gripping narrative, and now, with the sequel underway, Raid 2 promises even more intensity with double the drama and suspense. Produced under their banner T-Series and Panorama Studios. The film will release theatrically on November 15.

Apart from Raid 2, Ajay Devgn also has Rohit Shetty's directorial Singham Again, co-starring Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff. On the other hand, Ravi Teja is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Eagle, slated to hit the theatres on February 9.
