Remember the kid who won millions of hearts by playing the young Hrithik Roshan in the blockbuster hit movie Krrish (2006)? If yes, then be ready to know all about Mickey Dhamejani. He is a former child artist who made his Bollywood debut with Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao's Ishq Vishk.

Who is Mickey Dhamejani?

Mickey was a child artist who made his acting debut with a TV show Gharwali Uparwali (2000) and appeared in around 200 advertisements. He entered Bollywood with Ishq Vishk in 2003 but gained fame after starring as young Krishna (Hrithik Roshan's character) in Krrish. His innocent face and acting skills left a lasting impression on movie buff's mind and to date, they remember the kid. After carving his niche, he went on to star in a few international sitcoms and appeared in Julia Robert's Eat Pray Love.

What is Mickey Dhamejani up to nowadays?

After making a huge name as a child artist, he left his flourishing career to be an eye surgeon. He holds an MBBS degree and has specialised with an MS in Ophthalmology. Not just this, he has also attained certifications in Fellowship of the International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO) and Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS).

A few days ago, he shared a reel where he shared how his patient always says, " I have seen you before". Clearing their doubts once and for all, the actor revealed where they had seen him. He shared a montage comprising a clip from Krrish and several throwback photos with Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan. He penned a long note talking about his journey from being a child artist to now a doctor.

My journey from being a child actor to becoming an eye surgeon has been nothing short of amazing. The transition has been filled with wonderful experiences and exceptional learnings, shaping who I am today," an excerpt from his post read.

A week ago, he took a trip down memory lane and shared a photo with Priyanka Chopra from the sets of Krrish. Sharing the photo, he wrote, "Throwback to working with the stunning Priyanka Chopra on the set of Krrish!"

Mickey also runs his own clinic and is operational in three key locations.
