Shreyas Talpade's wife Deepti reveals what happened on the evening when actor suffered heart attack

Shreyas Talpade, who apart from his exceptional acting skills in several Hindi and Marathi films, made headlines for his powerful voice in the Hindi version of the Telugu film Pushpa, recently suffered a heart attack. The 47-year-old actor's health scare brought shock to many. However, the good part is the actor is now “safe and sound” and has returned to his home. Upon his return to his abode, the actor's wife revealed what happened on the evening when the actor suffered a heart attack and was lying down in a car.  

Deepti thanks the good people of Mumbai who helped her

Deepti Talpade, on December 20, shared a series of photos on her Instagram handle, each accompanied by a text to it. Most of these text were thanking the almighty, the actor's friends, family, fans and the good people of Mumbai who selflessly helped Deepti in the time of crisis, without knowing who they were really helping. In one of the many photos, the star-wife shared, "I wish to take a moment and thank the good samaritans of our city. That evening I called for help, sought a hand and i got 10 of them. While Shreyas was inside the car, they didn't know who they were helping... yet they came running."

She continued, "To all those people, you were God incarnate that evening for us. Thank you. I hope my message reaches you. Please know that I shall be eternally gratefl to you from the core of my being. That's the spirit of their great city Mumbai. That's what makes Mumbai. We were not left to fend for ourselves. We were taken care of."

What happened to Shreyas Talpade?

Shreyas Talpade is one of the renown actors in the  Bollywood and Marathi film industry. He is known for films such as Golmaal and Kaun Pravin Tambe among others. He also gained praise for his exceptional voice in Pushpa. The actor is also the founder of the OTT platform dedicated to theater artist - Navarasa. The actor, a few days ago, suffered heart attack and was immediately rushed to the hospital. The news was confirmed by his wife Deepti. Fortunately, the actor was saved and is now recovering.
