Sonnalli Seygall slams airlines after losing her bags, finding them entirely broken later

Sonnalli Seygall, who is known for her role in the film Pyaar Ka Punchnama, recently made headlines after she lost  her bags while travelling in Spice Jet. The actress, helpless, took to X to share her experience, warning her friends and family against the airlines.

On January 5, the actress took to her official X handle to share the news. In her post, the actress wrote that despite being warned by her friends and family about taking Spice Jets, the actress took her chance only to regret it later after she lost all her luggage. The post read, "So I had been warned that Spice Jet should be entirely avoided based on experiences of my friends n family. Maybe I should’ve listened.. as I not only lost my bags during my recent flight, but when I finally received, one of the bags is entirely broken! And the 3rd one still not found."

She added the customer care wasn't helpful at all. She wrote, "The customer support is unwilling and mechanical in their replies and really of not much help. Hoping to get this resolved soon."

This is not the first time that the actors are taking to social media to slam airlines for their mismanagement and poor service. Just a day before New Year, TV star Jasmin Bhasin had taken to her Instagram handle to share a similar experience where she was supposed to fly from Mumbai to Jammu for her New Year vacations, but even after being in plane for 10 hours, the actress remained in Mumbai and didn't make it to her destination. The actress had also called out Indigo's manager, calling their behaviour extremely rude and unhelpful.
