Sooraj Pancholi: Here is a look at the 'Hero' actor's artistic lineage

Sooraj Pancholi is a contemporary actor of the Indian film industry who made his first appearance on-screen with the 2015 film Hero. Sooraj also worked as an assistant director for Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger. Son of Bollywood actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, Sooraj Pancholi has deep artistic roots.

Sooraj Pancholi is an actor who has a legacy of artists in his family and close relatives. His mother and father both are renowned actors of the Hindi film industry. Sooraj is also a cousin of the Los Angeles based artist and singer Faris McReynolds. Faris and Sooraj’s mothers are sisters. He is also a second cousin of the famous writer, producer, and actor Natasha Pancholi Khatod. Sooraj Pancholi’s grandfather and Natasha Pancholi Khatod’s grandfather are brothers in relation. Sooraj Pancholi's family is filled with renowned artists.

Sooraj Pancholi is also the cousin of actor Aditi Singh. Aditi Singh is the daughter of Shraddha Pancholi who is Aditya Pancholi’s sister. Both Shraddha Singh and Aditi Singh starred in a Telugu film Guppedantha Prema. Aditi Singh also starred as Salman Khan’s wife in a Big Boss TV commercial. Sooraj Pancholi’s father Aditya Pancholi and Salman Khan happen to be good friends, and Salman Khan launched Sooraj in the Hindi film industry with the 2015 Bollywood film Hero. Sooraj Pancholi's family and their connections in Bollywood helped him land his debut in Hero.

Sooraj Pancholi’s debut

Sooraj Pancholi, the contemporary actor from Bollywood, made his first appearance on-screen with the remake of the 1983 film Hero. He shared the screen space with co-debutant Athiya Shetty, the daughter of Suniel Shetty. Subhash Ghai and Salman Khan produced the film. The film received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics.

Sooraj Pancholi’s upcoming films

Sooraj Pancholi’s upcoming film Satellite Shankar is slated for a release on November 15, 2019. Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Krishan Kumar have produced the film. The cast of Satellite Shankar includes Sooraj Pancholi, Anil Reji, Palomi Ghosh, Megha Aakash and Sameer Deshpande in the lead roles. Sooraj Pancholi is also reported to be featuring in the upcoming film Time To Dance. As of now, there is no information known about the release date for Time To Dance. The film is currently being filmed.
