Presumably reacting to the same, the actor's sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, has penned a cryptic note.

Shweta Singh Kirti pens cryptic note

Sushant Singh Rajput's sister Shweta took to her Instagram handle to share a post carrying pictures of her late brother surrounded by some of his fans. Alongside the pictures was an elaborate caption, presumably in response to Rhea Chakraborty's recent comments. The note, clearly directed at an unnamed individual, called them out for pushing blame on a person who was no longer around to defend themselves. It went on to detail how despite the allegations, her brother continues to live in the hearts of millions. The caption concluded with a declaration that Sushant's family would never stop fighting for justice.

Excerpts from the caption read, "Blaming the person who has passed on… who can't defend himself anymore. I wonder what answer will you give to your conscience! My Bhai had a pure heart and he is beating in hearts of millions...We will relentlessly fight for his justice (sic)."

What did Rhea Chakraborty say about being called a 'witch'?

According to PTI, during a recent public interaction, Rhea Chakraborty shared her take on being called a 'chudail' or a 'witch', as she was accused of allegedly abetting Sushant's alleged suicide. The actress reasoned how only those women who did not submit to patriarchy were called such names. She also said that she “quite liked” the tags as in the olden days it referred to women who went against the status quo. Rhea said, "I kind of like the name chudail...Back in the day who was a witch? A witch was a woman who did not subscribe to the patriarchal society...Maybe I am that person, maybe I am a chudail. Maybe I know how to do black magic."
