In her personal life, the Hate Story 3 actress has been reportedly dating businessman Shivashish since 2021. As per recent buzz, Zareen Khan and the former Bigg Boss contestant have parted ways. This news surfaced after their social media activities came under notice.

Around the beginning of 2021, the couple made their relationship public on Instagram by sharing a few pictures and videos together. Although they never openly discussed their relationship, fans quickly picked up on the hints. Recently, their social media activities have sparked breakup rumours.

In another incident, during a recent interview on comedian Bharti Singh’s podcast, Zareen was asked about her marriage plans. The 37-year-old actress shared that she has no plan of getting married, as she doesn't like the concept and believes people drift apart within three months of marriage.
