₹80 Lakh BMW Stolen From Shilpa Shetty's Bastian In Mumbai, Hunt On For 2 Car Thieves: Report
Two unknown men are reported to be behind the car theft at Shilpa Shetty's upscale Bastian restaurant in Shivaji Park, Dadar, Mumbai.

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is the owner of Bastian At The Top restaurant in Shivaji Park, Dadar, Mumbai. It has been reported that a luxury car parked on its premises, which belonged to one of the diners, has been stolen. It is said that the stolen vehicle is BMW Z4, which costs ₹80 lakh. The owner is reported to belong to businessman Ruhan Firoz Khan, who filed an FIR after the theft of his vehicle.
Investigation underway after theft at Bastian
Detailing the theft of the car, an officer was quoted by news reports as saying, “He (Ruhan) gave his car keys to the valet, employed by the restaurant. When the restaurant closed, he came down. He asked the parking staff of the restaurant to bring his car. He was shocked to learn that his car disappeared from the parking lot. Ruhan then asked the staff of the building to check the CCTV footage after which it became clear that the BMW Z4 was stolen at around 2 am by unknown men.”
“Based on Ruhan’s complaint, we booked unknown men under section 303(2) (punishment for theft) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and launched a manhunt to trace the accused,” the officer added. The authorities are currently combing through CCTV footage to identify and nab the criminals. The theft reportedly happened on Sunday, October 27.
