After months of speculation, Natasa Stankovic and Hardik Pandya confirmed their divorce on Thursday evening. They announced their mutual decision to part ways in a joint statement on social media. Their union was a grand affair, with three wedding ceremonies - an intimate Covid-era wedding on May 31, 2020, followed by a lavish renewal of vows in Udaipur, Rajasthan on February 14, 2023. Each event was a lesson in luxury and elegance, with Hardik and Natasa splurging crores. Yet, despite the grandeur, their marriage unfortunately lasted just four years.
Natasa Stankovic and Hardik Pandya tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Udaipur's Raffles Hotel, with the venue alone costing a staggering ₹2-3 crore. The wedding was a three-day extravaganza, with the couple opting for both Christian and Hindu rituals. A wedding planner orchestrated the entire event and reportedly charged around ₹4 crore, according to Wedding Sutra. The couple chose designs from the best in the industry, with each outfit costing lakhs and sometimes even crores.
On the first day, Natasa wore a stunning white gown with a veil by Shantu & Nikhil, while Hardik donned a sleek black suit. Their outfits for the day cost approx. ₹10 lakh. The evening ended with a vibrant club-themed party.
The second day began with a colourful mehndi brunch, featuring traditional experiences and local flavours. Hardik wore a silk kurta with mirror work and white pyjamas by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, costing around ₹2 lakh.
For the sangeet, the couple chose Manish Malhotra's Mijwan collection, with respective outfits priced over ₹10 lakh each.
Hardik and Natasa's Hindu wedding ceremony was a grand affair, featuring a baraat and a larger-than-life ceremony with a rich colour scheme. Natasa wore two outfits - a lehenga and a saree with a custom jadau blouse, while Hardik looked regal in an off-white jamdani sherwani with hand-embroidered gold zardosi. Both outfits were designed by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The report suggests that the estimated cost of outfits was ₹50 lakh for Hardik's couture and ₹1 crore for Natasa's ensemble.
If we round the whole wedding, the estimated cost of the lavish events comes down to over ₹10 crore. Earlier, Natasa also shared a seven-episode series titled Pitch Perfect - Fairy Tale Love Story, showcasing the behind-the-scenes of the extravagant wedding that cost them crores.
