Influencer Isha Ghaii's Husband Ankit Kalra Dies At 29

Popular social media influencer Insha Ghaii confirmed the untimely death of her husband Ankit Kalra. He was 29 when he breathed his last on August 19. Isha has penned a heart-wrenching note expressing her grief. The couple got married last year on January 15.

On Friday, Isha shared a photo of herself posing with her late husband Ankit and penned an emotional note revealing that she is in denial and constantly praying hoping it is a dream. "Ankit, you left me to be with God, and it’s so unfair. Our 1.5 years together were far too short. That morning, I had no idea it would be our last. I’m still in denial, praying that this is all just a terrible dream and I’ll wake up on your side. Your heart gave up, and with it, my life has come to a stop. We had so many plans, and now I’m lost without you. This can’t be true. You left me behind, and it’s a loss I’ll never overcome! Heaven is so so lucky to have you," she wrote.

A few days ago, Isha shared a post announcing the death of her husband. In the caption, she wrote, "Take me one day back. I promise to do things differently! Come back baby, please? I miss you."

Who was Ankit Kalra?

Ankit, born on March 24, 1995, was born and raised in Delhi. According to his Facebook profile, he did his schooling at GD Goenka Public School in Vasant Kunj, Delhi and graduated from GD Goenka University. Apart from being an influencer just like his wife Isha, he was an interior designer. He also co-owned with his wife a clothing label -- House of Styles by Smriti & Insha.
