Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are currently enjoying their Caribbean retreat. Amid their vacation, several PDA-filled photos of the couple surfaced online. Off late, the two have been enjoying their leisure trip through the Caribbean as they have been Gustavia and other places around the island.

Previously, the singer shared that she and her husband still have "PTSD" (Post-traumatic stress disorder) from the time of their first romance due to the media attention.

Ahead of the release of her new album and companion film, This Is Me ... Now, Lopez, 54, shared to Variety that she has some worries about putting her love life in the spotlight again.

"As artists, we have to follow our heart and this is me following my heart and doing something that maybe everybody didn’t think was the best idea, but I had to do it," she said, reports PEOPLE.

She added: "We both have PTSD," about the media frenzy she and Affleck, 51, faced when they first dated. "But we’re older now. We’re wiser."

Lopez said: "We also know what’s important, what’s really important in life, and it’s not so much what other people think. It’s about being true to who you are."

Jennifer Lopez feels "grateful" to have husband-actor Ben Affleck by her side for her new short film. A source told Us Weekly: "He helped her feel safe to share parts of her nobody has ever known."

The eagerly-awaited new film has been described as a "visual reimagining of her publicly scrutinised love life", reports femalefirst.

She "wouldn’t have wished for anybody else" to work with her on the project. The insider added: "Nobody knows her better than Ben.” The project will stream globally on Amazon's Prime Video platform, and will feature a nod to Jennifer's high-profile romance with the Hollywood star.

Meanwhile, Affleck previously joked that Lopez looks like she's "20 years old".
