TMZ captured photos of a shirtless Joe getting cozy with a brunette beauty as they enjoyed the ocean and sunbathed on the beach. The pair was also photographed hugging, holding hands, and laughing together while playing affectionately in the water.

Laila Abdallah is an actress known for her role in the TV series Saher Al Lail 2 and her recent appearance in 27 episodes of London Class. With over 5 million Instagram followers, Abdallah is also a former model who attended the 77th Annual Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of Marcello Mio. Her Instagram bio reveals she's a big fan of Friends, with a nod to Lisa Kudrow's character, Phoebe Buffay, by mentioning "inventing regina phalange."

According to Page Six, Abdallah was born in Kuwait in 1996 and currently resides there.
