As the industry is busy expressing their grief through heartfelt notes on Instagram, Roberts, who had worked in many television series like FRIENDS, recently talked about Perry in an interview that her friend's death was heartbreaking.

The Pretty Woman star said about Perry, "The sudden passing of anybody so young is heartbreaking. I think that you know, it just helps all of us appreciate what we have and to keep going in a positive way as best we can."
Roberts also shared that her experience working with the Friends cast was welcoming. She said, "They were all so welcoming to me as just a kind of a one-off character, and it was a really fun time. All good thoughts and feelings."

In her note, Aniston remembered Chandler Bing’s ways of talking, “Matty, I love you so much and I know you are now completely at peace and out of any pain. I talk to you every day… sometimes I can almost hear you saying ‘Could you BE any crazier?’ Rest little brother.
Matthew Perry’s funeral ceremony was held on November 3, in Los Angeles. His Friends co-star Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer attended it.
Matthew Perry, popular for playing Chandler Bing in the TV show Friends passed away on October 28, 2023 at 54. He was found unresponsive in his hot tub and was declared dead at 4:17 PM. The cause of death is not known yet.
