Kiara Advani shares glimpse of her 1st Karwa Chauth prep, posts mehendi pic

Karwa Chauth 2023 will be celebrated on November 1. Kiara Advani will be celebrating the festival for the first time after her wedding with Sidharth Malhotra. The couple flew to New Delhi, where Sidharth’s family resides to celebrate the day with them. 

Kiara Advani gives a glimpse of her karwa chauth celebrations 

On October 31, ahead of Karwa Chauth, the Satyaprem Ki Katha actress took to her Instagram account to share a selfie. In the photo, she was seen donning a bright yellow outfit teamed with a layered necklace. She also wore minimal makeup along with the look. 

The next day, she shared a video of her breakfast with the caption, “feast day”. The video came before the actress started her fast, as per Karwa Chauth tradition. In the next photo, she flaunted her henna-laden hands. The actress, who is in the midst of the Game Changer shoot, opted for a minimal mehendi design. She shared a photo of her palm with a star drawn in the centre. 

Kiara Advani - Sidharth Malhotra jet off to Delhi 

On October 30, the Shershaah actors were snapped departing from the Mumbai airport. A while later, the couple arrived hand-in-hand in the National Capital, to celebrate their first Karwa Chauth together with Sidharth’s family. 

The relationship between Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani blossomed when they first starred on the sets of Shershaah. However, the actors kept their silence on the romance and never let it out in public, until their wedding. On February 9, this year, the actors got married in an intimate ceremony in Rajasthan. Following their wedding, the couple hosted a star-studded reception in Mumbai wherein several members of the film fraternity were in attendance.
