Actress and influencer Kusha Kapila announced her separation with Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia last year in June. Since then, time and again, she has been the center of trolling online. This has also been because of her active presence on Instagram. Recently, Kusha participated in the Pretty Good Roast on YouTube, in which her marriage and separation became the highlight of the roast segment featuring Samay Raina. The entire section in which Samay made fun of Kusha's divorce was censored. The lattter has now broken her silence in the matter.

Kusha addresses the Pretty Good Roast's censored part

During an AMA session on Instagram, Kusha called Samay Raina and host Ashish Solanki's humour "dark". Although she did not seem to mind the jokes they made on her past marital life, they did not air in the episode and were censored out. Kusha added that she is yet to fully process her divorce with longtime beau Zorawar, and she will open up about it someday, if she thinks it is right.

"Not my first time on the rodeo. In the large scheme of things, nothing matters. Probably when I have processed all of it, will speak about it on a level-headed podcast (lol do we have any) or maybe never. We will see. This profile continues to be a safe space for my female and queer followers,” Kusha wrote.

Kusha was scared breaking the news of her divorce on social media

Kusha further wrote, “I was scared that a new news cycle would be built on this. I remember calling Zorawar and he told me not to feel pressured to do this. he said ‘We will do this when you want to.’ I was so scared that day that I could not even write what we had shared on social media. The statement had my dog Maya’s name and people thought that I was a mother. I reached out to everyone I could for help as to what should I do as the news cycle got really big and I became a big villain. After that statement, I could actually find peace and calm in my life.”
