Liam Payne's 'Last' Spotting, Photos Of 'Drugs, Smashed TV' In Hotel Room Viral After His Death

Liam Payne Death: Former One Direction member Liam Payne was found dead after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The city police said Payne fell from the third floor of the Casa Sur Hotel in the trendy Palermo neighborhood of Argentina’s capital on Wednesday, resulting in “extremely serious injuries.”

Medics confirmed his death on the spot, the police said in a statement. Pablo Policicchio, the communications director for the Buenos Aires Security Ministry, said in a statement to The Associated Press that Payne “had jumped from the balcony of his room”. Police rushed to the hotel in response to an emergency call just after 5 p.m. local time, he said, warning of an “aggressive man who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.” Amid the controversy over Payne's death and the shockwaves spread around the world, alleged pictures from his room have also leaked online.

Some pictures from inside of a room have been floating on social media, leading many to believe that it's from the hotel where Liam Payne was staying before his death. A broken TV, lighter, aluminum foil and purported drugs were seen scattered on the floor of the room.

According to AP, a hotel manager can be heard on a 911 call saying the hotel had “a guest who is overwhelmed with drugs and alcohol ... He’s destroying the entire room and, well, we need you to send someone, please.” The manager’s voice became more anxious as the call went on, noting the room had a balcony. The alleged pictures from Liam's hotel room seemingly confirm the police statement about an "aggressive man under the influence of drugs" and the manager's call about a guest "destroying" the entire room. However, it is not confirmed whether these pictures are real or fake.

A photograph of Liam Payne seemingly returning to his hotel room is reportedly the final image of the singer before he fell to his death. The alleged final photograph of Liam Payne at the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires seems to show the former One Direction singer wearing a white sleeveless top with his tattoos visible.

An investigation into the death of Payne is ongoing, Alberto Crescenti, head of the state emergency medical system, told Argentina’s Todo Noticias TV channel that authorities were investigating the circumstances of his death and conducting an autopsy.
