Pushpa 2 star and national awardee Allu Arjun bids farewell to 'fabulous' 2023 peppered with lessons

As 2023 draws to a close, several celebrities have been taking to their social media handles to share animated reels and carousels capturing the year that was. Latest in this list is Allu Arjun. Despite having no releases this year, 2023 has turned out to be 'fabulous' for him, as shared by the actor.

Allu Arjun took to his Instagram handle to share a brief but telling note which captured his sentiments towards the year gone by. Allu Arjun reflected how his year has been 'fabulous' in more ways than one even as learnt some important lessons along the way. He signed off on his reflections by wishing his fans and followers for the year to come. 

The note read, "I want to thank everyone who has been a part of my journey in 2023. It has been a fabulous year in many ways. I have learnt beautiful important lessons. Thanks to each everyone of you. With gratitude in my heart I bid farewell to this beautiful year 2023. A year of JOY. Happy New Year Happy 2024"

Allu Arjun's year in review

Allu Arjun has had no releases across 2023. However, despite this, the year has turned out to be a fruitful one for him. This year, the actor was felicitated with a National Film Award at the 69th National Film Awards for the category of Best Actor. The accolade came for his portrayal of the titular role in Pushpa: The Rise which released in 2021.

Besides this, the actor has been working on Pushpa 2: The Rule in which he will reprise the iconic role. The Sukumar helmed film, which also features Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli once again, is slated for a release on August 14.
