Diljit Dosanjh's Manager Reveals Dil-Luminati Tour Tickets In US Were Resold At ₹54 Lakh

Diljit Dosanjh’s ongoing Dil-Luminati tour has been a massive success. After performing in various parts of the world, the Amar Singh Chamkila star has announced that he will kickstart the European and Indian leg of the tour. In India, the tour will kick off at Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on October 26, with performances scheduled in nine other cities. Tickets for the Indian dates sold out within minutes of release. After the recent wrap-up of his North American tour, his manager disclosed that the concerts earned an impressive ₹234 crore, with tickets resold at over ten times their original price.

Recently, Diljit’s manager, Sonali Singh, revealed details about ticket sales for the singer’s concert. In an interview with Connect Cine, she mentioned, “Resellers were offering tickets for $64,000 (₹54 lakh) and $55,000 (₹46 lakh), and there were buyers for these prices.” She added, “These were not the official ticket prices; reselling is a common trend.” Sonali Singh further revealed that the North America Dil-Luminati tour generated a hefty $28 million (₹234 crore).

Regarding the upcoming Europe tour, Sonali commented, “Tickets for the first UK show sold out within hours. We were initially unsure about a second show, but it too sold out by the next day. We considered adding a third show after a report indicated around 80,000 people were waiting for tickets.”

As part of his India tour starting in October, Diljit will perform in Abu Dhabi for one day. Sonali highlighted, “In Abu Dhabi, we sold nearly 30,000 tickets, the highest ever for any Indian artist.”

On Thursday, September 13, tickets for Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati India tour went on sale in India but sold out within minutes. The Silver Area tickets were the least expensive, priced at ₹1499, while Golden Area tickets ranged from ₹3999 to ₹5999 at different stages. Fan pit tickets were available for ₹9999 to ₹12999.
