Henry Cavill, who has been dating Natalie Viscuso for a while now, is expecting his first child. The Superman actor announced the news of his girlfriend's pregnancy on the occasion of Father's Day. He wished himself in advance and asked his fans for tips or advice.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Henry shared a selfie in which he can be seen sitting near a crib and shared he would be soon joining "hallowed ranks". He further quipped that the pillows wouldn't stay in the crib once the baby arrived, instead, they would be replaced by scalpels and glue. "Oh yeah.....and Happy Father's Day ye dads out there. Turns out I shall be joining your hallowed ranks soon! Any tips?? And don't worry, pillows won't be in the crib when the wee one arrives, just glue and scalpels so he or she can build Warhammer miniatures," his note read.

Soon after he dropped the post, his fans flooded the comment section. A user advised him, "The only tip I have is “Don’t listen to tips”. Another wrote, "Sleep when the baby sleeps. And hire Batman to keep night watch." Another wrote, "The best advice I can give you Henry is just to completely ignore other parents who will constantly try to compare how your baby develops against theirs."

When Henry Cavill first spoke about expecting first child

Earlier in April, Henry confirmed the news to Access Hollywood at the New York City Premiere of his upcoming film The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. The actor shared that he is very excited. "I'm very excited about it. Natalie and I are both very excited about it. I'm sure you'll see much more of that," he said.

The couple, who made their relationship Instagram official in April 2021, has been dating for over three years.
