Kanye West comes under fire for wearing 'racist' clothing in latest appearance

Kanye West recently marked his return to the United States post a several month long international vacation with wife Bianca Sensori. This comes just ahead of the release of his next studio album, Vultures. Even though a listening party to introduce the album to a niche section of his audience was planned, the focus appears to have completely shifted from the music to Kanye's sartorial antics which are being labelled racist. This is also not the first time the rapper and musician finds himself accused of the same.

Kanye West called out by internet for wearing racist clothing

Kanye West's listening party, held in Miami, saw the actor take the stage to introduce his soon-to-release album, Vultures. The key talking point of the event however, as per a Mirror UK report, was Kanye's choice of attire. The rapper turned out in an all-black hoodie with eye hole cutouts as the statement detail of the look. West's peculiar choice of clothing however, was seen as a dead ringer for the cloaks worn by far-right White supremist organisations, like the Ku Klux Klan.

Not only was West's choice of attire called out by the internet, but he also separately came under fire for the fact that he wore the look in front of his three children, North, 10, Saint, 8 and Chicago, 5. As a matter of fact, North also joined him on stage in lieu of debuting her own verse on the Vultures album. Capturing the internet's reaction to Kanye's look, a comment read, "That's not art, it's hate disguised as fashion".

Kanye West has previously dressed North West in similar attire

Earlier this year in July, Kanye West was called out by the internet for dressing daughter North West in 'racist' attire. The look in question featured the ten-year old in a white zipper with a pointed hoodie - North's entire face was covered save for some eyehole cutouts.

The hoodie was a part of Kanye's unreleased Yeezy clothes from his Season 9 drop.
