Kylie Jenner's stalker sentenced to 12 months in prison
A man, Brandon Sebastian Sevilla Martinez, who was accused of trespassing on Kylie Jenner's Los Angeles property was awarded a jail term of 12 months.

A man who was accused of trespassing on Kylie Jenner's Los Angeles property has been awarded a jail term of 12 months. The man, Brandon Sebastian Sevilla Martinez, was arrested by the official on October 29 after he apparently trespassed on to Jenner's property and started banging on her front door, demanding to meet the star.

According to reports, Kylie was not at home at the time of the incident but her security guards present at the premises reported him to the local police who was charged with a misdemeanor count of trespassing on someone's private property alongside the charges of bringing a contraband in a jail while he was getting booked for the respective charges.
Reportedly, Brandon initially pleaded not guilty but ultimately pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to one year imprisonment. Brandon had served almost 2 years in prison before and was also awarded a three-year probation sentence to stay away from Kylie Jenner's private residence in the Hidden Hills neighborhood.

'No Privacy'
Kylie Jenner's sister, Kendall Jenner, also faced the same issue when a man named John Ford for trespassing on to her property. Kendall then criticised the media outlets for giving out her location to "potential stalkers". She further said that the media outlets not only released the pictures of her house but her exact location as well and that resulted in zero privacy for her.

Ford was arrested with bail set at $20,000. According to reports, after he was let go and was again arrested for trespassing on Kendall's property with a bail set at $30,000. The supermodel had alleged that John had trespassed on her property four times in a span of three months. Kendall said that due to the repeated incidents of stalking and trespassing, she had and is still suffering from emotional distress.
