Zac Efron Rushed To Hospital After Swimming Incident, Rep Shares Health Update
Hollywood actor Zac Efron was taken to a hospital from his Ibiza villa after an incident in the wimming pool while he was holidaying.

Zac Efron, best known for his roles in High School Musical and Baywatch, has been travelling through Europe and also attended Martin Garrix’s concert in Ibiza on August 1. Last month, Efron had also marked his presence at the ‘Prelude To The Olymics’ event at the Foundation Louis Vuitton in Paris, France. He seems to have encountered a mishap on vacation.
Zac Efron’s accident in Spain
According to a report in TMZ, The Greatest Showman actor had a minor accident on August 2 and was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure. Efron’s representative told the publication that he was released from hospital on Saturday and was doing fine.
Reports suggest that two people working at the villa found Efron in the swimming pool and pulled him out.
Efron has yet to publicly address his swimming incident or trip to Ibiza on social media. His recent Instagram post was on July 31, when he gave a shoutout to Simone Biles at the Paris Olympics. He wrote in the post, “So incredibly proud of you”.

Zac Efron responds to plastic surgery rumours
In an interview with Men’s Health, Zac Efron explained that the change to his face was due to an accident. According to Efron, he shattered his jaw when he slipped while running through his house in socks. He told the outlet that when he woke up his chin bone was hanging off his face.
As a result of injury, Zac Efron said that the he has been working with a specialist doing physical therapy.

Zac Efron's rise to fame
Zac Efron rose to fame with films including High School Musical, 17 Again, The Iron Claw, Save Ralph and Firestarter among others.
He was last seen in A Family Affair, released on June 28 this year. The film follows the story of a mother in her 50s who makes a connection with a younger man. Directed by Richard LaGravenese, the film stars Nicole Kudman, Joey King, Liza Koshy and Kathy Bates.
