Viral post of Sharda Sinha after her husband’s death

After Sharda Sinha’s husband Brajkishore’s death, the singer had written a lengthy note and had promised to come to him soon.

She wrote, “When everyone was sleeping in the house on this day, Sinha Sahab would get up quietly and go to the florist with two roses and some spicy snacks in his hand with a mischievous smile in his eyes, he would come home without making any noise, sitting on the chair kept at my head, he would wait for me to wake up and he would give me those two roses and say Happy Birthday, may you get the buds of Gulistan, may spring not go away from your garden, may you get the happiness of life. Then I would wake up in a half sleep, rubbing my eyes, I would greet him with folded hands and before I could choose good words and thank him, he would get impatient and ask hey brother then he would keep the spicy snacks right at my head and say yes this is for everyone. Taking care of his health, I would stop him from eating all this, it will make you sick…he would leave it….stay happy and leave. I would tell the children not to give him any of this breakfast he must have already eaten it….he would stare at me from above his glasses and say no no I would stare at hi, harder and then he would quietly say, I had eaten a little. Then I would ask the children to get hum some medicine and ask him to rest.

She further wrote, “This day without Sinha Saha  pierces me like a thorn, today not only me but the whole world is decorating him with flowers. Preparations for Ekadasha are on, now what to eat, a full feast is ahead. What gift did Sinha Sahab give me? I met him, I will return in 3 days, you take care of yourself. He told me I am absolutely fine you just stay healthy and return soon. Who knew that his folded hands and wide eyes are looking at me for the last time. Today is a very heavy day. I feel the presence of Sinha Sahab, but both children Vandana and Anshhumman feel as is father has gone somewhere and will return a little late”.

In the conclusion of the note she wrote, “ This piercing silicon, this pricking like a thorn, the heart feels as if it will burst out! There is only one picture left of our last meeting, I am sharing it here for everyone to see. The grandfather is in his lap, his eyes are filled with tears, I am standing beside him, emotional, consoling him, I will come soon…this is what I told him”.
