While the actress was flooded with many questions, one of her fans asked her if she was in a relationship. The question read, "Are you committed?", to this the actress replied, "Yes, to my work."

The actress has been attending various promotional events for her upcoming film Adikeshava. The Telugu drama, directed and written by Srikanth N Reddy, also stars actor Panja Vaisshnav Tej in the lead roles.

Sreeleela, 22, made her acting debut with the 2019 Kannada film Kiss. The actress gained critical acclaim for her "confident" debut, making her way in the acting career. In 2021, the actress marked her Telugu debut with the film Pelli SandaD. Though the film received negative reviews at the box office, Leela was praised for her work. The actress began her career when she was just in the first year of her pre-university college, in other words, 11th grade.
