Exclusive/ Darshan Receiving VVIP Treatment In Jail, Leaked Photos Show Him Smoking And Enjoying Garden Time

Kannada actor Darshan, who is one of the 16 accused of the murder of Renukaswamy, has been lodged in the Parappana Agrahara Central Jail since his arrest in the case on June 11. Recently, Republic Kannada obtained images of the VVIP treatment that he has been getting inside the jail. In several photos that have caused a stir in the state and among authorities, Darshan is seen smoking a cigarette while enjoying leisure time in the garden area with several other inmates and his manager.  

Darshan living a luxurious life in jail

Reportedly, Darshan is living a luxurious life in jail. In the leaked photos obtained by Republic Kannada, he could be seen enjoying coffee and smoking a cigarette while having leisure time in the garden with his manager and others. According to insiders, Darshan is happy with the treatment he has been getting in jail. The leaked photos of the murder accused have caused a stir in the department and the state. The visuals are from Parappana Agrahara Central Jail.

In the image, Darshan is the one wearing a grey T-shirt and black trousers. According to reports, a jail inmate had sent this photo of Darshan to his wife, assuring her of his condition while being incarcerated.

Bengaluru police assures investigation in Renukaswamy murder case in its ‘final stage’

Bengaluru Police Commissioner, B Dayananda stated on August 16 that the fan murder case involving Kannada superstar Darshan, Pavithra Gowda and 15 others, was reaching its final stage. The Police Commissioner stated that oral, circumstantial, and technical evidence related to the sensational murder had been collected and sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in Bengaluru, from where about 70 per cent of the reports have been received.
 

Details of Renukaswamy murder case

The gruesome murder of Renukaswamy took place on June 8 in Bengaluru. He was kidnapped from his hometown, Chitradurga, brought to Bengaluru, kept in a shed, and tortured to death. After the murder, his body was thrown into a canal. The incident came to light after the security personnel of a private apartment building saw the body being dragged by a pack of dogs. Renukaswamy is survived by aged parents, a pregnant wife and a sister.
