Kannada Actor Kiran Raj Suffers Major Chest Injury In Car Accident A Day Before Film Release

Kannada actor Kiran Raj is a well-known name in small as well as big screen projects. The actor is best known for his popular show Kannadathi and is awaiting the release of his movie Rony: The Ruler. The 31-years-old actor was reportedly travelling to the pre-release event of the film on September 10, when he met with a major road accident. 

Kiran Raj is unconscious and has suffered serious injuries

A day before the release of his film Ronny, the lead actor Kiran Raj met with a serious accident. The actor was accompanied by the executive producer of the film. Kiran, himself was driving his black Mercedes Benz which was later almost completely destroyed in the accident. Photos and videos from the site of the accident are now viral. 

The executive producer was unharmed in the accident as he was wearing a seat belt. Actor Kiran Raj is in an unconscious state. According to reports, the actor, who has also appeared in some Hindi TV shows, suffered a heavy injury on the chest. As per media reports, the actor is stable and is receiving treatment in ICU in a Bengaluru hospital.

On the work front, Kiran Raj will be seen in his upcoming film Ronny: The Ruler. The movie is scheduled to hit the big screens on September 12, 2024. Directed by Gurtej Shetty, the film also stars Raadhya, Samiksha, Ravishankar, B. Suresh, Apurva, Ugramm Manju, Ugramm Ravi, Yash Shetty, Dharmanna, Girish Hegde, Kari Subbu and Mico Nagaraj in key roles.

His other notable works include Nuvve Naga Pranam, Asthma Sadgamaya, Kinnari, Mythily Veendum Varunnu, March 22, Devathe and Lailaa O Lailaaa and Dhrona 2010. Kiran Raj has not only made his mark in the Kannada industry but also acted in a few Hindi projects. He has appeared in Tu Hai Aashiqui and recently finished shooting for his upcoming film Rani.
