Rakshit Shetty and Rukmini Vasanth starrer romantic drama Sapta Saagaradaache Ello - Side A was a box office success. The sequel to the hit Kannada film was postponed from October 20 to October 27 due to undisclosed reasons. Now, rumours are rife that Sapta Saagaradaache Ello - Side B will be further delayed to November 10 as the makers are planning to release it in multiple languages simultaneously.

Sapta Saagaradaache Ello - Side A, which was released on September 1, turned out to be a big commercial hit, taking into consideration its modest budget. The film's storyline and mellow music were loved by the fans. The poignant narration and Hemanth M Rao's nuanced direction garnered praise. The movie ended on a cliffhanger leaving viewers eagerly anticipating part two of Manu (Rakhsit Shetty) and Priya's (Rukmini Vasanth) tragic love story.

However, it seems the wait for the sequel will be longer. Hearsay is that  Sapta Saagaradaache Ello - Side B has been pushed further to November 10, which means a further delay of two weeks.  

Who's saying what?

According to multiple reports, a further delay is the result of a planned strategy by the makers, who are keen on releasing Sapta Saagaradaache Ello - Side B simultaneously in multiple languages. The envisioned pan-India release of the film has caused the most recent delay in its release, according to 123Telugu.com. However, an official announcement in this regard is awaited by the makers.

Meanwhile...

Earlier, actor-producer Rakshit Shetty had ruled out the pan-India release of Sapta Saagaradaache Ello - Side A, saying, “For some films, we don’t have to do anything. It will travel on its own, we just have to go along." Sapta Sagaradaache Ello, which means beyond seven seas in Kannada, is taken from a famous Kannada poem.

Side A which traces the lives of Priya and Manu, released on September 1. Side B, which is set 10 years later and stars Chaithra J Achar as the female lead, will be released soon.
