Arjun Sarja's daughter, Aishwarya Arjun, recently got engaged to actor Umapathy Ramaiah – son of director and comedian Thambi Ramaiah. Videos and photos from the couple's intimate engagement ceremony are going viral on the internet. They had been rumoured to be dating for a while now, and now have sealed the deal by putting a ring on it.

In the viral photos, Aishwarya and Umapathy can be seen twinning in soft pink ensembles. The 31-year-old actress can be seen in a silk saree paired with a quarter-sleeved embellished blouse. Umapathy, on the other hand, is donning a sherwani featuring golden embroidered on the sleeves. They both can be seen wearing garlands as they pose for the picture.
In another viral picture, the newly engaged couple can be seen posing with Aishwarya's father and actor Arjun Sarja. He is donning a white kurta featuring embroidery around the neckline.

Aishwarya Arjun made her debut in 2013 with the Tamil film Pattathu Yaani alongside Vishal. She has also acted in films such as Prema Baraha (2018) and Sollividava (2018). The actress is yet to announce her next film.

On the other hand, Umapathy made his debut with the 2017 comedy film Adhagappattathu Magajanangalay. He has also starred in Maniyaar Kudumbam (2018), Thirumanam (2019) and Thanne Vandi (2021). Other than films, he has also appeared in a TV show Survior Tamil (2021). Currently, he is busy filming his upcoming film Devdas.
Meanwhile, Arjun Sarja was recently seen in Thalapathy Vijay starrer Leo, as an antagonist Harold Das. Next, he will be seen in Vidaamuyarchi, co-starring Ajith Kumar, Trisha and Regina Cassandra.
