Recent reports have stirred the K-drama industry as actor Ji Soo, who faced school bullying accusations that led to a hiatus, was confirmed to have had a meeting with a talent agency. This development comes after the actor addressed the allegations in October, marking his return to the public eye after two years.

Is Ji Soo returning to acting?

Despite Ji Soo's previous statement about not planning to return to the entertainment industry, recent reports from OSEN confirmed that the actor had meetings with industry insiders and a well-known representative from an outsourced PR company. These discussions indicate Ji Soo actively seeking representation for his comeback. While the actor met with a domestic talent agency, his side emphasised that this doesn't guarantee an immediate return.

Reports also suggest that Ji Soo visited his former agency, sparking rumors of a possible reunion with his former colleagues. Ji Soo, known for his roles in various K-dramas, including Strong Woman Do Bong-soon and My First First Love, faced accusations related to school bullying, resulting in his withdrawal from several drama projects. However, in October this year, he broke his silence and clarified misunderstandings and expressed frustration over baseless rumours, vehemently denying involvement in any sex scandals or sexual assault. He revealed that the accuser had even apologised to him. In an exclusive interview with Sports Chosun, Ji Soo shed light on the controversies that surrounded him. He disclosed that he had met with the initial accuser, addressing the issues, and reconciling their differences. The actor revealed that they are now on good terms.
