Prithviraj Sukumaran's film Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life premiered in theaters on March 28, 2024. Initial reports suggested that the movie would be available on OTT platforms starting March 26. However, this digital release did not materialise, causing disappointment among fans eagerly awaiting its online availability. Nearly two months after its theatrical release, the filmmakers have yet to announce a new date for its OTT debut, keeping fans in suspense.

There were reports that Aadujeevitham, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, was set to premiere on Disney+Hotstar on May 26, 2024. However, the film is still not available on the streaming platform, and an official statement regarding its digital release is awaited.

Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life is a 2024 Malayalam survival drama directed by Blessy and based on Benyamin's 2008 novel. The plot follows Najeeb, a Malayali laborer who becomes enslaved as a goatherd in Saudi Arabia. The film features Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jimmy Jean-Louis, and K. R. Gokul, with Amala Paul and Shobha Mohan in supporting roles. Although initially banned in all GCC countries except the UAE, the ban was later lifted everywhere except Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Since its global release on March 28, 2024, The Goat Life has grossed over Rs 160 crore (US$20 million), making it the third highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time. It is the second highest-grossing Malayalam film of 2024, the fourth highest-grossing South Indian film of the year, and one of the top-grossing Indian films of 2024.

Filming took place in stages from March 2018 to July 2022, with six schedules in Wadi Rum, Jordan, the Algerian Sahara, and Kerala, India. The crew was stranded in Jordan for 70 days due to COVID-19 restrictions from March to May 2020, before being repatriated to India via the Vande Bharat Mission. Filming concluded on July 14, 2022.
