Dhoomam on OTT: When, Where to watch Fahadh Faasil starrer action thriller

Fahadh Fassil starrer Dhoomam, helmed by Pawan Kumar is finally going to make its way to the OTT platform. The film, released in June, opened to mixed reviews by the critics and had a modest performance and the box office. The film marked the debut production of Hombale Films in Malayalam cinema.

Director Pawan Kumar took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle and revealed that the action-thriller is streaming on Apple TV from today, November 30. He shared a new post with the text on it read, "Dhoomam, available on iTunes." The synopsis of the film read, "Avinash wants to quit his marketing job at a top cigarette company, but it comes with consequences.
Earlier, Amazon Prime Video acquired the post-theatrical rights of the film and was supposed to stream on August 4. However, it was delayed due to the poor response to the film.

The film revolves around Fahadh's character awakening with no recollection of his past and is forced to piece together his identity. As he does so, he uncovers a dark secret that threatens to destroy him. The film runs in a parallel storyline, in present where Fahad is with his wife, and past where he has his marketing job intact at his friend's company.

The film also stars Roshan Mathew, Aparna Balamurali, Achyuth Kumar, Vineeth and Anu Mohan, among others. The film marks director Pawan Kumar's entry into the Malayalam film industry.
What's next for Fahadh Faasil?
The actor will be next seen in the sequel to the 2021 hit film Pushpa: The Rise. The film titled Pushpa: The Rule is slated to hit the theatres on the occasion of Independence Day, August 15. He will be seen reprising his role of SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, who will be seen at loggerheads with Allu Arjun aka Pushpa. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal role.
