Neru: Priyamani expresses gratitude to work with Mohanlal, Jeethu Joseph, shares BTS photos

Mohanlal starrer Neru is a courtroom drama which earned critical positive responses from audiences and critics alike. It marked Priyamani's comeback to the Malayalam film industry after four years. In the film, she stood against Mohanlal as Advocate Poornima. Upon its release, she also earned positive reviews for her performance. Now, expressing her gratitude to the director Jeethu Joseph, she penned a heartfelt note and shared a series of BTS (behind-the-scenes) photos.

Priyamani pens thanks Jeethu Joseph

Taking to Instagram, Priyamani wrote a long note thanking the director Jeethu Joseph for considering her as Poornima. She also thanked Santhi Mayadevi, who co-wrote the screenplay, for teaching her the technicalities of being a lawyer on screen. She started her note with these words, "A little BTS of @neruthemovie #neru …. Thank you @jeethu4ever sir for considering me as Poornima... thank you @lintajeethu chechi for making me look good on screen."

Priyamani shares BTS photos with Mohanlal

In her earlier note, the actress opened up about her experience working with Mohanlal after 10 years. However, Priyamani said she has no BTS photos with the superstar. "Unfortunately haven’t got any BTS with the complete actor @mohanlal sir yet …. But was a pleasure sharing the screen space with him after 10years !!" she wrote. However, later she shared the post with many BTS photos with Mohanlal and captioned it as "As per popular demand … here are some BTS pics with the MAN himself…. @mohanlal sir… and one with #Ganesh sir."
